2 years seperated and case file pending 1 year with only attend counseling hearing exparte passed not finished 30 days is there any possibilities for set aside accept

if exparte order or decree is passed you can very well file setaside petition within 30 days or evev later with a petition to codone the delay due to some health issues. you can. save your case and contest furthet.
