Dear Sir, I can solve your problem and guide you how to proceed with the Divorce case filed by your wife. If she has not claimed any maintenance or alimony you can put up a counter claim of Restitution of Conjugal Rights under Section 9 of HM Act. If you want divorce then it is a good time to go for Divorce just agreeing to her terms if she is not claiming huge alimony.
