Section 406 GET BACK ARTICLES FROM WIFE..

Can husband demand gold chain and ring and watch gifted at the time of marriage by his in-laws. Under section 406.. nnCan husband get back jewellery given to wife for just wearing not gifted.. but police force fully taken that gold article but 406 not removed.. Husband has all bills of jewellery..

By the provisions of law, gifts given to wife cannot be taken back but people often misuse it. For this, you would need a good lawyer to represent you. Please let me know if there’s anything that I can do for you. Regards
