Second hearing in september 2021 case status

My second hearing is in september is it my final day to get decree of divorce my case status is showing apperance counselling second hearing. We filled mutual divorce in march 2021.

if you haven't appeared for the counseling, you will not get your decree as the counseling is mandatory. There are a couple of formalities that need to be completed without which you will not be granted the decree of divorce. Kindly contact me for further details.

if your advocate is going with wave application for coll down period then it can be otherwise you both will send to conselling and after that you will gate 6 month date and that will be you final hearing
