5 years se mera case chal raha hai or me ab divorce chati hu to muje poochana tha ki divorce me kitana time lage ga or divorce me mera kya hak mile ga or mera stri dhan vapas mil sakta hai or meri bacchi mere pass rakhna chati hu or divorce file ker k opposit party agree nahi ho rahi to second marriage ker sakte hai

Aapka case 5 years se chal raha hai toh uske papers lekar aana hoga. Divorce ne kitna time lagta hai uska koi legal time limit nahi hai. jitna aapka vakil hoshiyaar aur jitne aapke documents papers taiyaar utna kaam aasaan aur jaldi chalta hai. Stree-dhan ka definition ittna choost hai ki aapko iske papers and source Hon'ble Court ke satisfaction se prove karne padte hain, par vaapis liya ja sakta hai. Beti ki umar aur dusri baaton ka jaayza lekar hi pata chal sakta hai ki custody aapko mil sakti hai ya nahi. Divorce ke reasons aur circumstances dekh ke application karna safe choice hota hai. kaam ke kaagaz lekar appointment consultation book kar sakte hai, aur aage ki guidance le sakte hai.
