Salary of government employee ?

He is a government service man .Also wbt the salary how we would know his real salary what if he shows fake slip in the court or to the judge how will his real income will come out ? As he is a government employee he got his connections so he can make a fake slip. What can we do to know the real salary of him ?

He not only has to show his salary slip before the court but has to produce his bank statement for the past three years as per the law. Even if he shows fake salary slip, the salary credited to his account will show his actual salary. So you need not worry, he can make a fake salary slip but not a fake Bank statement.

if you have filed for divorce in court at the stage of maintenance you both have to give the assets and liabilities affidavit all your expenditure and expenses have to be mentioned along with supportive documents
