Running away with married women

Can i stay with married women..she has child..we both want to run away with child..is it punishable or what condition or cases can be aply on me and my family.she dont want to stay with her husband coz there are many issue..she is suffering lot and cant ask for divorce coz after that she will be in big trouble and her family and parents wont allow and suport her..what should i do...can her family take any legal action or what is the legal right for us..can she write a letter to local police staion and her family that she dont want to stay here and it is her decision no one force her..after letter can police take any action against us or file FIR.please help me..eed suggestions.
if you run away with another persons wife you can be charged under rape and kidnapping, your girlfriend needs to mandatorily need to divorce otherwise your marriage will be null and void or you can inform a lawyer all details for planning up things for you
