Ruling to claim Stridhan kept by husband and in-laws

13-Jan-2024 (In Divorce Law)
all my jewellery, cash, furniture, cloths everything is captured by in-laws. I have claimed all these things with supporting bills. However court is saying these bill are not matured bills/ taxed bills. I do understand however, in practical who purchases cloths, furniture and other items from local market in taxed bills that too backed in 2014-2015. How should I prove that. I have asked to return only stridhan and not any alimony or maintenance.

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if you want to take stridhan you have to claim either by section 13Aor 125 alimony can be asked for if you are going for ots and it's a mutual settlement in section 13B so there is no provision specific to ask for stridhan individual for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.
