RTI to know wife salary and income tax details

My wife has filed false DVC and 498a cases against me. In that she mentioned that she is not working but actually she is working in a private company with a decent income. Can I get. RTI to know income tax details and salary details of my wife for last 3 years through RTI. One more doubt is whether my wife be informed by income tax department regarding my request through RTI to know her income details be informed to her?

U have right to information in income tac department and the income tax departments also have their duty And u can ask ur wife salary through the RTI concern company and the company ready to give particular f
