Rights of wife and children in husband's property after divorce

I hv filed dv n 498 against my husbnd nine mnths ago.i hv 2 childrn.son 15 yrs n daughtr 11 yrs.i m living wth my parents frm sept 16 alongwth my daughtr.now he sent me divorce notice.i want to know my rights my children rights n his property.He s combined owner f house wth his elder brother who s living n usa frm last 18 yrs.i m worried about my childrens security of thier rights n their fathers home.i m a wrking woman.but dnt hv house to live.what s my right n my childrens right n dat house.plz suggest me.

Hello merely filing complaint of 498& sending notice for divorce , does not dissolved marriage by Divorce so don't worry you are having status of wife. And regarding rights of wife and children's , you all have right to maintenance and about property if is ancestral then all have right till divorce & after divorce rights of your children will contunue. If property is self acquired then husband holds sole right. Further consultation can be done in meeting
