Return the wife's Stridhan after getting the list

Hello Team, Do I need to return all the wife's belonging in the CAW Cell after getting the list of Stridhan or should i say that we will give all the belongings on the Court's order??

If you have clean intention then it’s better you get the deed drafted for all the items and get the wife’s signature n hand over the items to her, else police will registered case with 406 I.e breach of trust along with 498a etc

First of all rather than going legally you should serve your partner a legal notice as to why he/she is doing all these and try to figure out what's going on in his/her mind regarding you. After that if he/she fails to give you satisfactory reply then you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station of your area. But if you are willing to stay with him/her then you should file a petition under section 9 HMA for calling back your partner in your matrimonial life. its better if you return the stridhan in CAW cell than few section will be dropped from fir which will be registered if cases is not settled in CAW cell under different sections. while giving stridhan prepare list and photo & vedio .
