Restitution of Conjugal Rights - How long does it take to resolve?

Hi
I filed RCR and mediation process failed and they sent back to the court. Could you tell what is the further process? How long RCR case takes for the judgements?

Dear Sir,
RCR is nothing but a waste of time process. Even if RCR is decreed the Court cannot force the other spouse to join the company of spouse. It is literally and physically impossible for the Court to execute RCR decrees. Better to withdraw the same either join the spouse or file a Divorce case and end the marriage for ever.
