*For visiting rights,I want one full week to keep my 1.8 yrs son with me.As a seafarer,I work on ships for 6 months.Is it actually possible?My son should get his father's love.*Planning for PI,I want her salary statement,I found 70% that she works for a company.I also want to confirm her current bank accounts she has,& to check on her affairs.How much can a PI help me in this case?*Pls guide for above all me on counter-petition to dismiss my case& I am willing to pay money to my child.

hello sir alocious here, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, you can file for the visitation rights of the child, and procure orders forbthe same, with regards to procuring the bank statements and affairs it's an entirely different petition, would like to know your grievance in elaborate to provide legal assistance of value, thank you
