Today I went for hearing , where my counsel didn’t come after that I went to DLSA office where I have submitted written complaint against my legal aid counsel. After that there officer told me why you Har complaint against your counsel. That’s why he is not responding you. I told them if my cases suffer bcz of him o Har right to complaint against him. What’s a ham in it. Then they said let me him submit the reply after tha we will call you for face 2face session and after tha any action will be taken. I need to know have o done anything? Am I not supposed to complaint against them if they don’t work and support ? I told them to change my counsel that’s it. And return my files . But they wee not supporting

you haven't mentioned what difficulty your facing with a legal aid counsel. legal aid counsels are provided by the state to paupers who cannot afford a private counsel. if you are unsatisfied you may file a return representation to DLSA to return your files.

Yes you can put the request if your lawyer is not supporting and coming to the court. However you should speak once before writing any complaint. If he is not responding to you via call or message then you must visit his office. Advocate needs to address and fight for your case in court to get you relief.
