Request for guidance on fake marriage

Dear Sir, I have doubt that my husband is having physical relation with his mother and our marriage is just a showoff for the society. I have been married since last 10 years and I have a daughter of 9 years. Though I am staying with my husband, I am not having any physical relation with him since I had been pregnant. But every time i go visit my in-laws both of them show off their closeness. My fil supporting this. I can't tolerate this for lifetime. if I divorce my kid's future is on risk.

Well, you need to collect evidences before alleging that your Husband is having Physical Relationship with his Mother, considering that, Court relies upon Evidence. If tomorrow, your Husband denies to mutually Divorce you, then to seek Unilateral Divorce from Court, you have to produce such evidences to seek Divorce on the ground of Adultery.

If you are making such a bold statement then it should have some supporting evidence to make this statement in court or before the court. You may seek divorce from your husband then you and your daughter can ask for maintenance and education expenses from your husband and further we can discuss in detail for more solutions
