Reply of Section 9 RCR by husband who actuall dont want me in his life

Hello, my husband has filed for RCR 1 month back and I said in court that I am ready to live with him provided no more mental cruelty to me and he also agreed but he is not willing to take me when I talk to him outside the court. And I have left his home 2 years back. What should I do now legally ? How can I claim my streedhan first of all ? please note I dont have proof for all major gold items , as most are ancestral gold plus no marriage photos to claim streedhan .

if ur husband doing that type of behaviour with you then u can laudge a FIR at nearest police station in section 498A, 406 IPC and also u should be able to file application for mentinens under section 125 cr.p.c...
