Reply of Divorce Summon from Husband and children Custody.

My Sister got Divorce Summon from my Husband ! A Mediator has been appointed by the court and my sister has attended 4 hearing of the court but my her husband has not attend any hearing. My sister has 3 child of age 14, 10, 7. Please let me know what can we do now and how to take child custody ??

First of all I will Inform your dad attendance before mediator note necessary. Now the mediator will send your Matter before court. First of all your sister should file maintenance case And child custody case
