For that file a writ petition in the High Court for quashing of DOMESTIC VIOLENCE Application also, file for an application for reduction of the maintenance as she is educated and well earning, she doesn't need maintenance, also file for divorce if she is not ready to give divorce, if she is cheating file for compensation in civil court against her and her lover

if your wife is earning well and she has a stable income then you are not required to maintain her, there are various judgments on this and you're also not required to pay her rent the court will not accept that demand.

If your wife is earning well and is able to maintain herself then, her salary slip and assets and liabilities statement shall be shown to the Court. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice/ assistance as regards the same.

The key test is whether her income is sufficient to maintain herself at the standard of living she enjoyed during the marriage (not bare minimum survival). If she is earning well and self-sufficient, courts have sometimes denied or reduced maintenance

Under Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005: You have a right to residence in the “shared household” If you’re not living there (due to dispute/violence), the court can order: Monthly rent for separate accommodation OR allow you to stay in the shared home
