Remarry after divorce granted before she goes to appeal

Shall I Remarry immediately after divorce granted before she goes to appeal and stay in high court?....if I do so will it create any problem?....will it be considered as bigamy?

hi alocious here, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, it is recommended you wait for 90 days until all the course or anticipation subsides, as once the divorce decree and legal dissolution is reversed by the high court then the divorce becomes quashed and your new marriage will be deemed to be void
