Someone’s wife if runs away with her lover and missing for months and the person tries his limit best to detect her wife without any success, what is the law for the man to go for a remarraige or live-in with another woman to save his young kids?

Well, if your Wife remains missing for seven years continuously, then, Law will consider her as Dead and you can get married with any other Woman of your choice as per your own rituals, customs and traditions in India.
