Relationship issue Marriage issue, maintenance

It’s my second marriage no kids , 1.5 years over marriage now he don’t want to be with me .we still staying one house, now I want to shift House other area but he is not ready to come , we are not still divorced. I can’t handle alone expenses and stay. What I can do for this kindly advise

Regarding the house you have a right to a shared household under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act If he refuses to move with you and you cannot stay alone you can seek a residence order through the court Additionally if both parties realize the marriage has broken down irreconcilably you might consider filing for divorce by mutual consent which is generally a faster process than a contested one
