Brief: A false case is registered by my Father in Law working in Delhi Police. My wife filed a Maintenance case and is granted Interim Maintenance. In her Affidavit she stated that she is working as Assistant Professor and earning 24000/- PM.nnWhat is required: Set Aside / quash the Interim maintenance order as she is earning well and she joined a week after leaving my home along with her Father n2) Quash the false Cr. case u/s 498A, 406, 506, 323 in Hon'ble P & H HC with reasonable fees, dates
