Regarding Torcher by wife and child Costudy

सर, मेरी पत्नी ने मेरी बहन के ससुराल में बाते बताकर उसका घर तोड़ने की कोशिश की और घर वाले ने जब उसे बोला तो मुझे गुनहगार बताकर की मैने उसका सपोर्ट नहीं किया मुझे 2 साल से ताने देती है मेरे मा बहन भाई सबको गाली देती है कुछ बोलने पर आत्महत्या कर लेने की धमकी देती है। मैं नौकरीपेशा हु कभी कभी घर आता हु वह मेरे साथ घर भी नहीं जाती अपने मायके में ही रहती है। मेरा 2 साल का बेटा है इसीलिए सब सहन कर रहा हु मुझे क्या करना चाहिए

Aap section 9 hindu marriage act ka case file kar sakte hai unko wapis bulane ke liye. Sath me nahi rahana ,parivar ke sadasyo ke sath kharab vyawahar karna ye sab cruelty ke grounds hai jis par aap divorce bhi le sakte hai aur alag rahna Bina kisi wajib Karam ke desertion me Ata hai . Mujhse bat karle.
