Regarding the query

First of all thank you so much everyone who answered my question. Second thing it’s 3 yes my cases are going on against my husband but the result is zero. Since more than 3yrs I am keeping unwell and I already showed my medical papers in the court still no mercy this law system for me. Bcz of cruelty which is done by husband and his family my health has gone for a toes now. Since I married to him he had never given a single penny to me . How will I survive. I stayed with him only for 4 months. But during this period they made me suffer a lot. Anyways police, IO everyone knows what type of person and family is ? They says court can only help you nobody else. But I think I will not get justice and people like him will always plays with law and system. I don’t know what to do as I always get wrong lawyer who don’t do anything.

If you are subjected to mental and physical cruelty then you can always register a FIR against your husband and in-laws. And as far as the maintenance is concerned you need to apply for the same through filing an application under section 125 CrPC. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
