At the report of counsellor written statement stage where the written statement of opposite/respondent is given is there any need of Advocate of petitioner to be present to take the the written statement or the client itself can go and take the statement from the respondent?? Is their will be any hearings or arguments on the day of written statement??Is it compulsory for the Advocate of petitioner to be present over their at that day ??

Well, there is no need as such for the Advocate to remain present for accepting a Written Statement filed by the Respondent. Petitioner can himself by remaining present in the Court can seek extra copy of Written Statement from the Petitioner's Advocate.
