Regarding reopening of quashed FIR 498a ,324,323, Dv case

10-Jul-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My wife and me decided to end our issues and last year started to cohabitate together! nnShe agreed to quash the FIR in highcourt on d basis that she is happy with me and has no dispute. The FIR got quashed in high court and DV and other cases have been disposed off. nnNowadays she is again threatening me to file cases against me, will she be able to reopen the closed FIR and Dv cases against me!?

If she is willing to reopen a quashed case then she has to give some substantial evidence to support the reopening of the case. and there is very less possibility to reopen the domestic violence case.
