regarding property

hi i have given my wife some amount after marriage to her father to help him financially in form of cash but there is no deed or proof but she sent me all plans related to that project and the website is also under me. do i have right to claim presently terms are not good between me and my wife .she is saying which money can i stop that project ?

Normally if monies are paid in for of cash without proof, then you cannot claim them.
The only option you have is to claim the money from your father politely and subtly as it is a sensitive subject which can boomerang as a claim for dowry and land you in jail.
So you need to use absolute caution before asking for money.

Not having evidence will not take away your legal rights. We can undermine the circumstances and corroborate the same by your statements. You have to immediately send a legal notice failing which they can implicate you with Criminal breach of trust under Section 406 IPC and other allegations.
