Regarding marriage issues and divorce issues, FIR and few other things

My wife stayed with us for 3 months only and after that she left to her parents home. She filed fake cases against us including dowry, abuse, domestic violence and filed fake FIR as well. And she filed divorce as well few months back. We cleared out misunderstandings and now she wants to come back. So what is process? How much time it will take to withdraw all the fake cases and fake FIR?

It will take a month or two to withdraw dowry abuse and domestic violence case filed by your wife. For the FIR, you have to file a Quashing Petition before the High Court. Since the complainant, that is your wife is ready to withdraw the FIR, you can file Quashing Petition before High Court by consent which will take 2-3 months approximately. You can approach me for the same, if required.
