Regarding maintenance please help to understand the situation

My wife has initiated a case at the mediation center, but she has also approached the Women's Cell, expressing dissatisfaction with the outcomes, as the mediation center suggests reconciliation, which aligns with my desire. However, I have been shouldering all the household expenses and providing for our children throughout this period. Despite her monthly income of 25,000, she has not contributed to any expenses. Now, she is seeking maintenance from me. What options do I have, and how can I ass

Hello Sir Since You are shouldring all the household expenses and your wife is earning. Then there is no need to worry about because you have a strong case and court will not allów maintenance Thanks & Regards

Would suggest you to seek a detailed legal consultation for your ongoing matrimonial discord. Certain precautions needs to be taken care off plus you can explore legal remedies to be availed. In case she is capable of earning and currently into a job she will not be entitled to Maintenance. However it needs to be put across to the court appropriately
