Regarding filing a fresh divorce if a husband already filed a divorce

If a husband already filed a divorce in jurisdictions where marriage has been taken place but he himself not coming regularly and wife is contesting divorce but now a wife want divorce as early as possible with alimony what should she do can she file a fresh divorce on the badis of domestic violence, dowry demand, null and void as they wre living separately for the last 11 years after domestic voolence case proved on husband?

The wife can file for a mutual consent divorce since both husband and wife are seeking the same thing. You can both mutually decide the alimony too in the said proceeding. Feel free to contact me for seeking any further legal advice.
