Regarding execution in ad interim maintenance under dv act

Hello DV court ne ad interim maintenance ka order pass kar diya, fir uske baad interim maintenance pass ho gaya. Mera question hai ki interim maintenance order pass hone ke baad kya ad interim maintenance force mai rahega aur sath hi kya ad interim maintenance ka execution continue rahega ya ye execution automatically discontinue ho jayega.

Dear sir, ad interim maintenance tab tak effective rehta hai jab tak interim maintenance order pass na ho jaye. Lekin ye jaan lijiye ki execution file hoga aur aapne ad interim maintenance ka paisa nahi diya hoga to wo bhi recover kiya jaega. Aap adhik jankari ke kiye mujhe sampark kar sakte hain.

Your adinterim payment will be deducted from interim maintenance and you Ned to adjust with the payment done and she can claim only interim maintenance only for further information and details please free to call
