Regarding early abortion of accidental pregnancy.

My wife got accidental pregnancy with one month. We have before discussed not to have kids for one year. Now she is not willing to take medicine to abort. Iam not willing to have kids now. What are the options I have. Can I file divorce? Or Can I force her to take pills for abortion? We are married 1.5years back. Her age is 29. She is showing the age as reason for not taking abortion.

the baby is in womb means, you couples are parents os an unborn child. being a responsible citizen you supposed not kill your own son who is in womb. motherhood is the right of your wife. you can't restrain her from having motherhood under any laws. you can't go abort the birth of a child who is on womb. if you are going to such acts by force or threatening your wife or in a view of such attempt, it amounts to crime. you will be charged for murder of an unborn child which is very severe in nature shall be punishable with life conviction or with capital punishment. you can't suggest even request your wife against her will in this event. you cannot claim divorce on this grounds and will be punished according to law as you admitting your guilt openly by proposing abortion.
