Shadi k 2 sal bad domestic violence case file kar k divorce case kar sakte hai kya? Meri shadi ko 2 sal honge after few months.I lived with husband only 6,7 months after marriage. Kabtak file kar sakte hai consent divorce? Because my husband don't want divorce either don't want to live with me. He said u r not my wife. Don't come at my home get lost maine suna hai shadi k 2 sal andar dv case file karna pdta hai plz guide

Domestic violence case can be filed anytime after the incident of domestic violence has occurred. You can file a separate case of contested divorce as well as domestic violence to ask for maintenance. There has to be some evidence of domestic violence
