Regarding divorce due to incurable disease of my wife

Hello sir, i was married on 29 jan 2020. Now i have a baby of 2 year and now i got to know that my wife has incurable disease cerebellar ataxia. Can i get divorced now and what is further process
Yes, if Cerebral Ataxia was diagnosed before your marriage and this fact was concealed then you can even apply for Annulment of Marriage instead of Divorce. You have to decide on the future of the child in such circumstances.
