Regarding cheating case on husband

Hi... I am sasikala... I have got married on this year feb 11...only three months stayed with my husband in his house... He and his mom.. Continuesly talking about caste and give mental torcher to me... One day mid night he and his family thrown me out by using abusive words... My husband always talked to me with abusive words... And state accusing on me.... He is completely used me and thrown me out... Now I am 7 month pregnant... I wanted to file a case against him and his mom...
Domestic Violence Case can be filed. Any abuse or cruelty caused to the spouse by their counterpart is a punishable offence and can definetly be addressed. All the allegations with evidences shall be produced before the Courts.
