I have a strong feeling that I've answered your same query earlier as well. In case it doesn't ring a bell, I'll try to repeat the crux. Wife files appeal in Hon'ble HC. You will receive the summons from the HC. then you need to hire an advocate before the Hon'ble Court to represent and defend your legal interests. Then after, the Court would consider the reason for variance in the Hon'ble Family Court Order. If found satisfactory, it will continue to uphold the same, else it will decide thereon. Time may not be assumed in the absence of proper information about the legal issues involved. Thanks for reaching out. For more details or contact of High Court practitioner, feel free to connect with your documents and brief. We provide appointment based consultation. TnC applied.
