Refiling of Divorce case which was done mutually for alimony

23-Jun-2024 (In Divorce Law)
My query is that I want to refile the divorce case which was done mutually in district courts without any alimony. Now the x husbands party is again harassing me virtually sometimes through blank calls, facebook and other unfair means. Can I apply the plea for alimony and refile the divorce case as the boy has got married again. That's why they are always boasting of it. My ( The girl) Financial condition is not that good. Please advise what is the right step.

Once the case is decided Res Judicata operates yet there are certain exceptions if the case falls within those exceptions we can attempt to file a new case and claim compensation. For further appropriate guidance the case some more details are required.
