Reconciliation in divorce,if filed on ground of dissertation

My wants to file for divorce on desertion. Can i ask the court for some time to make amends for reconciliation.can i give an undertaking that if i dont mend ways i will give a mutual divorce?

yes you can tell the court that you are ready to reconcile with your partner once again and you may also give it in writing or file an affidavit in support of the same. You can also ask for a mediation where you can put forward your version and the same may be recorded in mediation report and may be complied in future if it does not work out.

Please elaborate your question. I am sorry eam not able to understand your question. You want to file divorce then you want to change yourself and then you want mutual divorce. So please tell us clear picture and also give details of marriage

When u file a case of divorce and after the appearance of both the parties then court fix it for mediation and if it fails then for reconcillation and after that divorce proceedings intiates....if during the proceedings there is chance of reconcilliation and after condidering it ...courrt can give order of reconcillation

Read your query , my asnwer is yes you can file for divorce on the condition you have mentioned in your query, court will do the mediation and ask the parties for reconciliation , that is a mandotry procedure.
