Yes, you can and should submit evidence, but it will usually be done at the evidence stage of the case. You don’t have to agree to mutual divorce; your case will proceed on merits. Parallel criminal and DV proceedings will strengthen your defense and your claim for justice. i help you in legal issue Adv raman

Yes, you can definitely submit supporting evidence along with your written statement or at the stage of evidence before the Family Court. Since you have already filed reply with details of D.V. and FIR, you should also produce documentary proof regarding the alleged fraud of 30 lakhs, like bank statements, transactions, or any written communications. The court will give you opportunity to lead your evidence during the trial. If you do not want divorce, clearly state in your reply that you are contesting the petition and seeking justice first. The burden will be on your husband to prove cruelty/desertion and you will have full right to contest and present your case.

Hi, I am a divorce lawyer, if your next hearing is on 5.9.25, you can make a lawyer appear and take a date and not file anything on that date. If you don’t want to give a divorce then stretch the case for as long as possible. Tell me more details about the case, I will guide you accordingly. Regards.
