Reason for Contested Divorce due to absence of sexual relationship

Hindu Family,married for last 20 years.After 2nd child delivery in 2014, my is suffering from OCD and sue to this not allowing for sexual relationship citing many excuses.Also she does not allow cooking no vegetarian food at home. Currently we stay in same home but sleep in different bedrooms and not in talking terms.I want to file contested Divorce under mental cruelty for denying Sexual relationship.Please advice.
hi if you want to file for contested divorce then you could file it on grounds of physical and mental cruelty and also on non cohabition and that there is breakdown of marriage and based on that you could file for divorce
