RCF withdrawn and divorce to be file

Is there any time limit to file divorce after withdrawing Restitution case.??nHusband has filed Restitution, wife replied in positive to cohabit and then the husband had withdrawn the case 4months ago. nWhy he is not filing for divorce till now?

There is no time limitation to file petition for divorce after withdrawing petition for restitution. This is your husband's discretion madam when to file petition for obtaining divorce or whether not to file any case
