What is the current waiting period in pune family court? After mutual divorce consent is filed, in how many days or weeks or months the 1st hearing happens, considering work load of pune family court. Looking for exact duration considering current workload of the court. Thanks.

looking at the current workload on Pune family court the first state is given usually in 1 month, that too, before any counselor after the one or two or three rounds of counselling the issued then only you will get your first date in the Pune Court then also there will be 6 months cooling of period you need to make an application for waiver of the 6 months if you are residing away from each other for more than 6 months.

It depends on the drafting sir, for example if you guys are staying separately for more than 2 years waivioir application can be filled and it can be done within a month also. at initial stage we file the main petition with the waivioir application and after that if court finds the situation favourable then the waiting period is waived. for more details contact us. also if your jurisdiction is with hon'ble CJSD pune or hon'ble Sessions Court pune then it can be done within a month or two months. for determining the jurisdiction your address is needed. contact us for more details regarding the timeline and everything.
