question regarding proceeding of application of 13

My father filed a an application of 13 in family court its been 8 years now the and my mother has become a lawyer now, practicing for 2 years now. The megistrate of the court seems to be uncooperative now he didnt dispose the 125 interim application yet when my mother asked for an interim in 125 he rushed misbehaved with her what can we do to process 125 interim application
First. Of all ,its ur family matter so my sincerely advice ur mother and father to save family rather then fighting in the court ,and settled matter amicably out side the court ,sec without region court can't hold interim order ,find stages of case and proceeds as per law , must get justice ,rest on VI's a vise
