Question about alimony

Hi, I have been announced 6k maintenance in divorce case but it’s been 3 dates my husband didn’t come to court to pay maintenance charges as well as contested court fee. Now I need to know the amount approx 3 lakhs which he has pay plus alimony amount. But he is not coming, how will I get divorce? How will I get alimony and maintenance amount as he is not coming? How I can get benefits from court in such situations? I am cancer patient also. What should I do that I will get benefits?

I have read your query regarding your case and there are lots of judgments regarding your case you should file the application ex partie decree in the court after that court will presume your husband didn't come to the court whenever you free call me back

You can request the court to issue arrest warrant against your husband/ attached husband’s property to recover the amount. There is also the option of approaching the high court with an application in such scenarios.
