Query on RCR (1955 Hindu Marriage Act, Section 9) transferred case

25-Mar-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I have filed a suit for RCR (Hindu Marriage Act 1955, section 9) in my district court. My spouse has transferred the case to her District through high court. In such a case, what will be the next step of the process? How I would come to know the hearing date from her district court? How long it will take? Kindly clarify.

In this case, you will get summon from where the case transferred that court and new HMOP assign and you will get. I have a vast practice in that area you can seek my assistance in your matter.
