The wife should immediately engage a lawyer to file a detailed counter-affidavit in the High Court appeal to contest the husband's claims and highlight his non-compliance with the lower court's RCR order. She can file an application for interim maintenance or residency rights if she is currently denied accommodation or financial support while the appeal is pending. The wife should emphasize to the High Court her willingness to comply with the original Restitution of Conjugal Rights (RCR) decree and her desire to reconcile, contrasting this with the husband's contradictory behavior.
