Query on Bail in session court


22-Oct-2025 (In Divorce Law)
My wife filed assault and dowry 498 case on me and my family. in lower court, we taken regular bail, then while committal, again execute bond. we approached high court and my family got stay but as i am husband, i didn't get stay. now case is in session court, NBW issued against me. so i want to recall NBW. then i guess, i also need to take bail. so here, my query was, whether i need to take fresh bail or continue with already existing. pls guide, what all documents, i need to prepare.
