Putting question again in proper way
I have put contested divorce court has directed court has rejected to give more time to file ws n told us to prooceed without written statement resopondent has not filed reply what is the next step
If the court has refused further time to file the written statement and directed the matter to proceed, the next step is recording of evidence. The petitioner will lead evidence first. The respondent can cross-examine witnesses but cannot file a reply unless the court later permits it on sufficient cause and costs.

Petitioner’s Evidence Stage
The court will fix the matter for petitioner’s evidence.
You (petitioner) will file:
Affidavit of evidence
Supporting documents (marriage proof, cruelty, desertion, etc.)
Cross-Examination (Limited)
Even without WS, the respondent may be allowed to cross-examine the petitioner.

you need to start your evidence as soon as possible otherwise the respondent will file for the application to set aside no WS order, and let him file a written statement this kind of application easily gets allowed subject to some payment of 1000-2000 rupees. hurry and ask your lawyer to take some steps.

now your case will go on without say of respondent it is better for your case becouse no say no defence and your case is now on your side now in your case stage will be of affidavit fill an affidavit then stage will be cross if defendant not take cross then order will be passed by court of no cross then direct arguments
