अगर आप हिन्दू है तो हिन्दू मैरिज एक्ट की धारा 9 के तहत RCR case karana hoga , sambandhit जिले के principal judge, family court me . jaha se matter ko district service legal authority ke mediation centre me family court dwara matter ko refer Kiya jayega. iske alawa, Domestic violence act ke tahat mukadama dakhil karana hoga , rahi bat husband dwara quashing HC me dakhil karane ki to us kes me in person appear ho kar apana paksh rakhiye , vaise husband ko quashing me relief milane ki sambhavana kam hai

if husband and wife sath nahi rahte then hindu marriage act 1955 ke acording section 9 ka application lagayee hai, if nahi lgayee then lga dijiye uske bad dekhiye opposite party ka kya reply aata hai tabhi kuch next kijiye
