Protection against the false domestic violence case filed against me

A false 498a complaint is logged against me and my parents in aashti taluka court district Beed maharashtra. My wife is police constable in same region. My marriage lasts for only 15 days. Almost one year has been passed for court matter. Can I fill a case in high court against 498a. Or any other best solution to get rid out of it. Please help.
Yes u can approach high court and get your FIR quashed under section 482 crpc. This is an inherent power with the high court. But before deciding and going for quashing we have to see what is the stage of the case .

Instead you file petition for restitution of conjugal rights against your wife in court of your jurisdiction by dooing this she will have to attend the court of your jurisdiction in this way solve the matter amicably by offering her either to reside with you or get rid by filling mutual divorce with a condition to withdraw all or any criminal case against each other.
